These Terms apply to your use of animatch.club and to signing up for the AniMatch waitlist or founding-partner program. By using the site or signing up, you agree to them.
1. Who runs AniMatch
AniMatch is currently operated by Omar Valdez Cepero, an individual based in Broward County, Florida, while the company that will run AniMatch is being formed. Once it exists, that company will take over these Terms. In these Terms, "AniMatch", "we" and "us" refer to the operator at any given time.
2. AniMatch is in development
AniMatch is not available yet. This website describes a product we are building. Features, pricing, launch dates and launch locations may change, and we do not guarantee that AniMatch will launch, launch in your area, or include any specific feature.
3. Waitlist
Joining the waitlist is free. It does not create a purchase, a subscription or a contract for any service. It only means we will email you about AniMatch, which you can stop at any time by unsubscribing.
4. Founding partners
Signing up as a founding partner is an expression of interest only. Any prices shown on the site are estimates and are not an offer. A partnership only exists if we both sign a separate written agreement. By signing up, you confirm you are authorized to share your business's contact information.
5. Your responsibilities
- Only sign up with an email address you own or are authorized to use.
- Give accurate information.
- Do not use bots or automated tools to sign up, and do not try to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorized access to the site.
You must be at least 13 years old to sign up.
6. Our content
The AniMatch name, wordmark, design, text and images on this site belong to AniMatch or its licensors. You may not copy or use them for commercial purposes without our written permission.
7. Links to other sites
The site may link to third-party sites such as Instagram or TikTok. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
8. No warranties
The site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, AniMatch will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or from signing up. Because the site and sign-ups are free, our total liability for any claim related to them is limited to US$50.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any dispute will be handled in the courts located in Broward County, Florida.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms. We will change the date at the top of this page when we do. Continuing to use the site after changes means you accept them.

El nombre AniMatch, su logotipo, el diseño, los textos y las imágenes de este sitio pertenecen a AniMatch o a sus licenciantes. No puedes copiarlos ni usarlos con fines comerciales sin nuestro permiso por escrito.
